Santi & Dara
Santi was born and raised in Sicily, shaped by family, tradition, and everyday life on the island. His knowledge comes not from guidebooks, but from lived experience, understanding how things work, why they matter, and where real connection happens.

Dara, a Sicilian-American, brings a natural warmth and ease that makes people feel immediately welcome. Together, they ground every journey in authenticity, generosity, and humour, offering a Sicily that feels lived-in, not curated.

Their approach is simple: share what’s real, and share it well.

Priscilla
Priscilla is a Canadian chef, sommelier, and culinary storyteller who moved to Sicily after returning again and again, drawn by the food, the culture, and a deep sense of belonging she couldn’t ignore.
​
With a background in hospitality, education, and wine, she brings both structure and warmth to every journey. As Tour Director, her role is to ensure guests feel informed, comfortable, and deeply connected, not only to Sicily, but to the experience as a whole.

For Priscilla, hosting is personal. Sicily changed her life, and sharing it thoughtfully is at the heart of everything she does.
