We begin in Palermo, where the energy of the island is alive — vibrant streets, layered history, and daily life unfolding in real time. From there, we visit the breathtaking seaside town of Cefalu and move to Marsala, experienced through its salt pans and working port, before slowing down even further in Selinunte, where ancient ruins meet the sea in a way that feels both powerful and grounding.
This journey unfolds during olive harvest season — one of the most meaningful times to be here. The air carries the scent of freshly pressed oil, and kitchens are at their most vibrant. A welcome dinner, a market alive with character and flavour, Palermo rooftop aperitivo at sunset and Cefalu’s beach as a perfect exhale. Palermo welcomes you straight into Sicily’s heart.
Days 4-6
MARSALA: SALT, WIND & VINE
Sunset in a winemaker's cellar, touring through the streets of Marsala, shimmering salt pans and their windmills, time on the water and family dinner that lingers after the last glass. Marsala meets you with beauty, wonder and vine.
Days 7-10
SELINUNTE: STONE, TABLE & SKY
A farm to table experience, seaside Greek temples that stops you in your tracks. The spa, the pool and an aperitivo at Sambuca di Sicilia. Followed by a gala dinner that simply, perfectly closes the journey.

The Itinerary
Over ten days, the journey unfolds across Western Sicily’s countryside, historic towns, and coastal communities. Each day has a clear focus, balanced by time to pause, explore, and enjoy simply being present.
Day 1
Arrival & Welcome
Arrive and settle into your hotel. Take some time to wander the streets of Palermo and you’ll finish off the day with a memorable welcome dinner.
Day 2
Palermo
You will be welcomed into the heart of Palermo with its bustling markets, the street food and the city’s history. In the evening enjoy a rooftop aperitivo.
Day 3
Cefalu
Enjoy a day at the beaches of Cefalu, relax under the sun, take a guided tour of the city and finish the day with dinner all together.
Day 4
Marsala and the Vines
Settle into your new stay in Marsala and take some time to relax. In the evening you will have a cellar sunset wine tasting, with dinner to follow.
Day 5
History and Pizza
Enjoy a complete morning at your leisure, before gathering after lunch for a wonderful wine experience followed by a historical tour of Marsala. The evening will come to a close with a pizza dinner.
Day 6
The Salt Pans
Take in the shimmering salt pans, the windmills and the white salt mounds glow under the Sicilian sun. Enjoy a scenic lagoon cruise, time to relax poolside, and an intimate winery dinner paired with local vintages.
Day 7
Slow Living
Today we will gather for a warm farm-to-table experience rooted in local flavors, you’ll settle into your new stay, enjoy the spa and then enjoy a peaceful evening at your leisure.
Day 8
Local Traditions
Experience traditional cheesemaking and savor a leisurely countryside lunch set among vineyards and rolling hills. The day will be complete with a sunset aperitivo in a picturesque village.
Day 9
Ancient Sites & Celebration
A guided tour of the Selinunte Archaeological Park, learning about its beauty and history. After this, the afternoon is yours to relax by the pool. The evening closes with a gala dinner celebrating the beautiful days shared together.
Day 10
Departure
Farewell breakfast together before private transfers and onward travel.
