The Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Taormina
Arrive in Catania and transfer to our luxury stay in Taormina. Settle in and explore the beauty of Taormina before a welcome dinner by the sea.
Day 2
Taormina: Culture & Coastal Leisure
A privately guided walk through Taormina where you will discover Granita Bambar, the Greek theatre and be awed by views of Mount Etna. Relax in the afternoon at an exclusive beach club before an elegant dinner.
Day 3
Etna from Above & Within
A private helicopter experience over Mount Etna, followed by a time in Etna’s wine country for an exclusive tasting and elevated lunch.
Day 4
Into the Aeolian Islands
Transfer to Milazzo where we will board a hydrofoil bound for the island of Salina. Settle into your island retreat and unwind at the pool before a refined aperitivo. Enjoy a chef-led dinner thoughtfully crafted to showcase local flavours.
Day 5
Salina: Wine & Sea
Visit a renowned caper estate in Malvasia, as well as a winery experience. To be followed by a truly Mediterranean lunch — savouring the fresh island flavours. Enjoy the evening in Malfa at your leisure.
Day 6
Culinary Experience
A private chef-led cooking experience where you will learn the techniques behind the Aeolian flavours. The evening is yours to explore with dinner reservations being secured on your behalf by our personal concierge.
Day 7
Stromboli by Private Charter
A private boat excursion to Stromboli and the time to swim in the Aeolian waters and enjoy the black sand beaches. Later, witness the live eruption of Stromboli at dusk from the sea.
Day 8
Coastal Elegance in Cefalù
Return to mainland Sicily and settle into your 5-star seaside resort in Cefalù. Unwind with the curated beach club relaxation. The evening will bring you to an elegant sunset dining experience accompanied by sea views.
Day 9
Cefalù & Gala Evening

Departure
