This is the way we experience Sicily ourselves. Instead of rushing, we spend real time in a few places — Marsala, Selinunte, and Cefalù. You’ll see Marsala through its salt pans and working port, walk through Selinunte and its ancient ruins by the sea, and end in Cefalù, where daily life unfolds along the coast.
Harvest season is one of our favorite times to be here. Vineyards are active, kitchens are full, and everything feels more alive. Along the way, you’ll meet the people who make this place what it is — winemakers, cooks, and locals who open their doors and share their world with you.

Days 4-6
SELINUNTE: TEMPLES & TIDE
Greek temple ruins and a concert under open sky, sunsets enjoyed from the beach, and an immersive caseficio experience that will become one of your great food memories.
Days 7-10
CEFALU & CASTELBUONO: SEA & MEDIEVAL STREETS
Open sea, cobbled streets, medieval castle and a table set for one last great evening. Cefalu doesn’t just end the journey — it completes it.

The Itinerary
Over ten days, the journey unfolds across Western Sicily’s countryside, historic towns, and coastal communities. Each day has a clear focus, balanced by time to pause, explore, and enjoy simply being present.
Day 1
Arrival & Welcome
Arrive in Palermo and be escorted to your hotel where you will be able to settle in and enjoy the estate. In the evening, come together for a welcome dinner, a wonderful moment to meet your fellow travellers.
Day 2
Marsala & Surroundings
Marvel at the shimmering salt pans of Masala and the ancient windmills before setting out for a relaxing boat tour. The afternoon will bring you some time to enjoy the pool before a winemaker's cellar experience.
Day 3
Relaxation and Beauty
Enjoy a relaxed morning before partaking in a wine experience followed by a historical tour of the beautiful Marsala. The evening will end with a pizza dinner enjoyed by all.
Day 4
Countryside Slow Living
Journey into Sicily’s quieter side and enjoy a warm farm-to-table lunch. Settle into your new stay in Selinunte followed by relaxing time at the spa and an evening to your leisure.
Day 5
Local Traditions
Experience the tradition of cheesemaking, meet the passionate artisans and enjoy your countryside lunch. Followed by time at the beach and moments to take in the sunset.
Day 6
Ancient Sicily
Step back in time at one of Sicily’s most important ancient temple sites by the sea. After lunch, enjoy a relaxing afternoon before joining together for a sunset concert in the temples.
Day 7
Cefalu
Settle into your coastal retreat, enjoy the pool and have a relaxing lunch. Take in the charm of Cefalu, first with a guided tour then wander at your own pace. In the evening we’ll gather together at a family-run trattoria.
Day 8
Boats & Sunsets
Enjoy a private boat experience along the stunning coastline and a golden-hour aperitivo overlooking the sea, followed by an evening left to your leisure.
Day 9
Castelbuono & Gala
Your journey concludes with a visit to the picturesque village of Castelbuono, rich in tradition. Followed by free time to savor the beautiful coast and a memorable farewell gala dinner celebrating the special days shared together.
Day 10
Departure
A farewell Breakfast together before private transfers and onward travel.
