Sample Itinerary
Over ten days, the journey unfolds from Marsala’s wine country and salt landscapes through the ancient southwest, ending amid the markets, history, and lively streets of Palermo.
Day 1
Arrival in Marsala
Marsala offers a beautiful first impression: cellar doors, late-afternoon light, and the scent of wine in the air. A sunset tasting leads naturally into the welcome dinner and the beginning of the journey.
Day 2
Salt, Mozia & Winemakers
The horizon opens across the salt pans before a boat carries you over the lagoon to Mozia. Evening is spent at the table with a winemaking family, where hospitality and history arrive in equal measure.
Day 3
Marsala’s Wine Story
Marsala’s celebrated wine is placed in context through its cellars and historic streets. The day closes simply and happily, over pizza shared together.
Day 4
From Farm to Countryside
A long table in the hert of the countryside, brought to life through food grown at the villa. Afterwards, the journey continues to a peaceful new stay, with the evening left deliberately slow.
Day 5
Cheesemaking & Cooking
Tradition is still very much at work inside a local caseificio. Back at the resort, the afternoon opens into rest before Priscilla gathers everyone in the kitchen for an intimate cooking experience.
Day 6
Mazara del Vallo & Selinunte
Mazara del Vallo tells a story of cultures meeting at the edge of the Mediterranean. From there, Selinunte’s temples rise against sea and sky, illuminated by the knowledge of an expert guide.
Day 7
Toward Palermo
Lunch beside the water provides a graceful farewell to the southwest. By evening, Palermo’s energy takes over, beginning with dinner at a much-loved neighbourhood trattoria.
Day 8
Markets, Street Food & History
Palermo is best understood through appetite: market stalls, street food, conversation, and the histories layered into every quarter. The evening is yours to follow wherever the city leads.
Day 9
Palermo at Leisure
The final day is intentionally unhurried, perhaps the beach, a little shopping, or one last independent wander, before a celebratory dinner brings everyone back together.
Day 10
Departure
One last breakfast together, followed by farewells and your private departure transfer.

The Benefits of Small Group Travel
Traveling in a small group allows for a more relaxed pace, easier access to local places, and genuine connection — both with the destination and with fellow travelers.
